Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

1. General Refund Policy

  • Refunds are available for defective or damaged products reported within 3 business days of delivery.

  • Personalized and custom-branded items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.
     

2. Refund Process

  • Step 1: Contact us by emailing Info@justforu-gifts.com within 3 business days of receiving your order. Provide your order details, a description of the issue, and photos of the defective or damaged items.

  • Step 2: If the issue is approved for a return, you will receive a return authorization and instructions for shipping the items back to us.

  • Step 3: Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

*  Just For U Gift Baskets reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned items are not in their original condition and packaging.​

 

3. Refund Process for Third-Party Products

  • Products fulfilled by third-party companies (e.g., branded gourmet items or specialty gifts) are subject to the specific refund policies of those companies.

  • Process:

    • Contact us to initiate the return process. We will coordinate with the third-party provider to assess your claim.

    • Refunds or replacements for third-party products are only issued after the third-party provider confirms eligibility.

    • Processing times for third-party refunds may vary based on the provider’s policies and return procedures.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Perishable goods food items cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.

  • Sale or Clearance Items: These are final sale and not eligible for refunds.

  • Customer Damage: Products damaged due to improper handling or misuse by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements

 

5.  Shipping

  • Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. (e.g. incorrect or defective items).

  • Shipping Delays: Refunds are not provided for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our control.​
